Nicole Ramos

Nicole Ramos joined Exbo Group in 2023 as a Senior Associate on the Finance & Growth Advisory team. She leads engagements and provides strategic financial analysis and reporting to help clients effectively manage and grow their businesses. Nicole's core responsibilities include monthly reporting, budgeting/forecasting, cash management, KPI development, and fundraising support.

Before joining Exbo, Nicole was the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager at Acquco, an Amazon aggregator ecommerce company. In that role, she was instrumental in the company's successful Series B funding round and owned the operating model. Prior to Acquco, Nicole worked at Betterment on the FP&A team, where she was responsible for the operating model, monthly reporting, and worked closely with all G&A department heads. She also served as a P&L owner for the Betterment for Advisors division. Before her time at Betterment, Nicole worked as an analyst for Hearst Newspapers and began her career at PwC in the Asset and Wealth Management Group, providing assurance services to private equity and hedge funds.

Nicole graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Old Westbury with a BS in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. Nicole has also passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. In her free time, she enjoys scuba diving, painting, dancing, traveling, and practicing yoga.
