Tushar Chandak

Tushar joined Exbo Group in 2025 as an Analyst on the Transaction Services team, where he supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients throughout the acquisition process, with a focus on contributing to financial due diligence procedures.

Prior to this role, Tushar gained hands-on experience in statutory, tax, and internal audits during his Chartered Accountant (CA) internship, which allowed him to build a strong foundation in financial operations and compliance.

Tushar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Goenka College of Commerce and Business Administration, affiliated with Calcutta University. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has cleared Level I of the CFA program. In his free time, Tushar enjoys quizzing, playing badminton, exercising, and playing FPS PC games.
