Toye Adenekan

Toye Adenekan joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Associate on the Tax Advisory team. In this role, he works closely with clients to help lead the buyside Tax Due Diligence functions. He also provides support to Sales and Use Tax advisory work.

Prior to joining Exbo, Toye worked as a Senior Associate in M&A Tax at PwC.

Toye holds a B.S. in Business & Entertainment from American University, a J.D. from American University, and a LL.M. from New York University. He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and New York. In his free time, he enjoys reading, particularly novels and poetry, as well as playing sports, focusing on basketball, soccer, and golf.
