Everfield recently announced its acquisition of Amero, a Denmark-based point-of-sale (POS) software platform serving the food service and hospitality industry. Exbo Group completed the financial due diligence for this deal.

Amero provides restaurants and cafes with a modern, cloud-based POS system designed to streamline ordering, payments, and daily operations. The acquisition strengthens Everfield's Hospitality & Leisure vertical and marks the company's continued expansion in the Nordic region.
