Roxy Carter

Roxy Carter joined Exbo Group in March 2023 as the Assistant Vice President of the Controllership team. Roxy supports accounting operations and financial reporting for various growth-stage clients. In this role, she analyzes client financials to ensure accurate financial reporting, implements process improvements to optimize efficiency and executes month-end close procedures for clients.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Roxy worked as the Corporate Accounting Manager for OneDigital. She oversaw various process-improvement initiatives, was a point of contact for a variety of audits and implemented internal systems. Prior to that, Roxy worked for Executive Accounting Services in Raleigh, NC, providing accounting and tax preparation services for clients in a variety of fields, including construction, interior design and architecture.

Roxy graduated from Boise State University with her Bachelor’s degree in accounting. After graduating, she moved to North Carolina before relocating to Georgia with her husband and obtaining her CPA license. Roxy enjoys camping, hiking and snowboarding in her free time.
