Nikki Quinn

Nikki Quinn joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Analyst on the Accounting Transformation team. In this role, she facilitates the onboarding of new clients, the review of clients’ systems and controls, and the remediation of financial statements to GAAP standards to position clients for scale.

Prior to Exbo, Nikki worked at Syncarpha Capital as a Private Equity Accountant. In her role at Syncarpha, a private equity firm focused in the renewables industry, she analyzed and reported on multi-level entity portfolios, managed the funding strategy of developing solar assets, and facilitated loan closings and MIPA sale transactions. She has experience with accounting system automation and integration. 

Nikki graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration with dual concentrations in Accounting and Marketing. She graduated in 2022 as a Dean’s Scholar and is actively pursuing her CPA licensure. In her spare time, Nikki enjoys hiking, yoga, and volunteering at the ASPCA animal shelter.
