Cordance Joins Forces with pearldive, Bringing AI-Native Workflow Automation Tools to Secondhand Retail Operators
Cordance recently announced a strategic investment in pearldive, an AI-native ecommerce listing and sorting automation platform built specifically for secondhand retail organizations. The investment strengthens Cordance's commitment to serving secondhand operators with technology tailored to their unique workflows and missions. Exbo Group led the financial due diligence efforts, analyzing the quality of revenue and performing a proof of cash.
pearldive integrates AI into backroom sorting, valuation, and e-commerce listing processes, helping teams identify, sort, price, and publish items faster — turning more donated goods into sellable inventory with less manual effort. The platform integrates with Upright Lister's listing workflow today, with interoperability expanding over time toward a single-pane-of-glass across sorting, production, POS, and e-commerce.
Caroline Morris, CEO of Cordance, said, "by combining in-store production, POS, and AI-powered sorting and listing automation, we are equipping secondhand retailers with intelligent tools that help them operate more efficiently, unlock greater value from every item, and ultimately expand the impact they make in their communities."
