Kalyani Ponnaganti

Kalyani joined Exbo Group in late 2024 as a Senior Associate on the Finance Transformation team. Kalyani is responsible for implementing tailored ERP solutions for clients across a range of industries. Her responsibilities include gathering business requirements, designing solutions, preparing technical documentation, and coordinating with developers for customization and scripting. She is involved in end-to-end NetSuite implementation processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Inventory Management, ensuring seamless system configuration and user adoption.

Prior to joining Exbo, Kalyani gained valuable experience through her roles at Jade Global, VBS Digitech, Nuvista Technologies, and Unykloud Technologies. Across these roles, she contributed to a variety of NetSuite projects including implementations for Xperi Inc., Affinity and Health Care at Home India. She worked on functional design, advanced customizations, system testing, data migrations, and integrations with legacy systems. Notably, she also contributed to the development of proprietary Suite Apps like Rostering & Appointment and Property Management, where she led functional design and implementation from concept to deployment.

Kalyani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from JNTU Kakinada. Outside of work, Kalyani enjoys playing tennis, reading books, listening to music and exploring new places to visit.
