Jake Lewit

Jake Lewit joined Exbo Group in 2019 and leads the Finance & Growth Advisory team. In this role, he works actively with SaaS & EdTech clients to support fundraising, cash management, KPI development, investor relations, budgeting and other activities associated with CFO support. He has supported clients in Seed through Series B fundraises totaling more than $100M+. 

Prior to Exbo, Jake worked as a Senior Associate at BDO in the Financial Services Group. In that position, he specialized in leveraged debt — specifically collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). Prior to working in the Financial Services Group, Jake served as an Associate at BDO in its General Assurance practice.

Jake earned a BS in Accounting and an MS in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. Jake served as Co-Chair of the Smile Train Young Leadership Circle, an organization that helps support his favorite charity, Smile Train. In his free time, Jake likes to play pick-up basketball with his friends and enjoys playing Cribbage.
