Jack Nuttall

Jack Nuttall joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. Jack provides advisory services to growth-stage companies, with a focus on cash management, financial modeling, and budgeting support. He partners closely with clients to streamline accounting operations, support investor reporting, and deliver actionable insights through KPI analysis and forecasting. Jack takes a hands-on, personalized approach to understanding each company’s unique needs and helping guide them through critical phases of growth.

Prior to joining Exbo, Jack served as a Senior Accounting Associate at DSJ Advisory Group, where he acted as an outsourced CFO for a range of nonprofit and for-profit clients. In this role, he led financial reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives while ensuring compliance with GAAP and tax regulations. Jack provided high-level analysis and strategic guidance to strengthen operational efficiency, enhance financial performance, and support scalable growth. He also managed audits, prepared tax filings across multiple entity types, and implemented financial systems including QuickBooks, NetSuite, and Wolters Kluwer to improve workflow and reporting accuracy.

Jack earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (Licensure Track) from Hofstra University, where he was also a member of the men’s soccer team. He is currently pursuing his CPA designation. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active through sports, and spending time outdoors.
