Everfield recently acquired HeapsGo, a leading provider of white-label software and embedded payments solutions for quick service restaurants in Denmark. Exbo Group led the financial due diligence process and delivered the quality of earnings analysis on behalf of Everfield. 

HeapsGo offers a scalable, custom branded digital platform that helps restaurant chains manage ordering, customer engagement, and in-store operations. This acquisition marks Everfield’s second transaction in the Nordic region and expands its end-to-end offering for the food and hospitality industry.
