Dylan Wagner

Dylan Wagner joined Exbo Group in 2025 and leads the Accounting Transformation team. He and his team oversee new client engagements across sectors including SaaS, HealthTech, and direct-to-consumer industries. Dylan partners with growth-stage businesses to assess financial operations and implement scalable solutions that strengthen accounting processes and position companies for sustainable growth and future audits or exits.  

Prior to joining Exbo, Dylan served as Accounting Manager at Digital Asset, a global blockchain technology company. There, he led the month-end close process and prepared consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities while driving system improvements to enhance financial reporting and audit readiness.

Dylan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Rowan University and his MBA in Finance from Monmouth University. Outside of work, he’s passionate about CrossFit and endurance sports, frequently training for marathons, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons along the Jersey Shore.
