Chirag Singhania

Chirag joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full life cycle of the acquisition process. 

Prior to Exbo, Chirag worked as an Assistant Manager at KPMG India in the Financial Due Diligence practice with a client base in pharma and healthcare sectors. During his time at KPMG, he gained knowledge in the intricacies of valuation considerations, such as quality of earnings, working capital adjustments and potential net debt items. He was involved in 15+ buy side and sell side diligences, involving analysis of financial, commercial and operational data to provide insights to key decision makers.

Chirag is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, fitness, and spending time with friends and family.
