Everfield recently announced its strategic acquisition of Motivity, a UK-based field service management software provider. Exbo Group completed the financial due diligence n behalf of Everfield for the deal.

As part of the acquisition, Motivity will partner with Frontu, a leading field service management platform that joined Everfield in 2024. This acquisition marks Frontu’s entry into the UK market and strengthens Everfield’s growing Workforce management vertical. Within the Everfield ecosystem, the two companies will work together to combine their expertise and support Frontu’s expansion into the UK market.
