Lacy Kimberling

Lacy Kimberling joined Exbo Group in 2022 as part of the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. She works closely with clients across a range of industries, including SaaS, construction, and health tech, advising on cash and working capital management, accounting operations, budgeting and forecasting, and KPI reporting. Most recently, she supported an $8.7M acquisition and a $7M Series A financing round.

Before Exbo Group, Lacy worked with Ernst & Young in the Wealth and Asset Management division of FSO Assurance, where she specialized in hedge funds, private equity, and mutual funds. There, she gained experience across engagements of varying scale with a focus on capital allocations, investment holdings, and due diligence procedures.

Lacy holds both a BS in Finance and Accounting and an MS in Accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business. She is a licensed CPA in the State of New York. Outside of work, Lacy enjoys traveling, playing volleyball, and reading.
