Bikki Thakur

Bikki Thakur joined Exbo Group in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate on the Accounting team. In this role, he collaborates closely with venture-backed clients, managing full-cycle accounting functions and supporting strategic financial operations. His recent contributions include supporting the Whiteboard Advisors audit and leading payroll transformation initiatives, notably the successful payroll migrations for Fort Health and Uptiv.

Prior to joining Exbo, Bikki was a Senior Associate in the Audit & Assurance practice at PwC, where he worked across a range of industries, delivering high-quality audit services and process improvements. He began his career at Genpact as an Accounts Payable Analyst, gaining valuable experience in financial operations and compliance.

Bikki holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta and an MBA from the University of Technology, West Bengal, India. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Dakota. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling internationally, weightlifting, and spending time with friends and family.
