Annie Madole

Annie joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. She supports growth-stage clients with cash and working capital management, building and refining financial models, board reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance for key decisions.

Prior to joining Exbo, Annie worked at Deloitte in their FP&A practice, where she advised firm leadership on profitability strategy and risk management for large Asset Management and Private Equity accounts. Before that, Annie lived in Spain (Madrid and Galicia), where she taught English in two primary schools.

Annie graduated from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor with a double major in Spanish and International Studies, and later received her Master of Management degree from the Ross School of Business, also at U of M. In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, reading, and exploring different neighborhoods.
