Exbo Group is team of investment bankers and accountants that grew out of a $400M New York based venture capital fund. The fund’s portfolio companies had CEOs with strong visions and operating experience, but lacked the technical financial experience to scale. The companies needed a way to alleviate the complex administrative burden of running a finance department.

After providing accounting and financial assistance for a company’s successful $10M Series A raise, several other funds and firms began to seek out Exbo Group's assistance. Our team has grown substantially and now provides high-touch accounting and CFO support to early and growth-stage companies nationwide from our New York headquarters.

Our mission is to provide the financial and accounting support needed at our clients’ critical inflection points to accelerate growth.

We are the customized financial arm of your business.
