Zack Kokot

Zack Kokot joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the Tax Services team. In this role, he focuses on Corporate Tax Compliance and Reporting. Zack works diligently with his teams to ensure returns are filed in an accurate and timely fashion, while also providing exceptional client services.

Prior to Exbo, Zack was a Tax Senior at Ernst & Young, where he prepared corporate and partnership tax returns, while also assisting with the preparation and audit of tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. He worked on teams across multiple industries, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and financial services.

Zack attended Penn State University, where he graduated with a BS in Accounting and a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of New Jersey. Outside of work, Zack enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching/playing sports, and trying new food places.
