Srinjoy Bhowmick

Srinjoy joined Exbo Group in 2025 as an Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports private equity and venture capital clients through the full acquisition lifecycle, with a focus on financial due diligence and analysis.

Before joining Exbo, Srinjoy gained experience as an Article Assistant in internal auditing at Mookherjee, Biswas & Pathak, Chartered Accountants, where he developed a strong foundation in financial controls and regulatory compliance.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from City College of Commerce, graduating with First Class distinction, and is currently pursuing the Chartered Accountancy qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Outside of work, Srinjoy is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys travelling, and values time spent with friends.
