Sejal Rajagopalan

Sejal joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Analyst on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. She provides strategic financial support to growth-stage clients across multiple sectors, focusing on financial modeling, cash management, budgeting, fundraising, and investor reporting.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Sejal was an Investment Banking Analyst in the TMT group at Jefferies where she worked on various transactions and supported strategic decision-making by conducting detailed financial analysis to assess valuation, competitive positioning and industry trends. During this role, she assisted on Mineral's sale to Mitratech. 

Sejal received her BS in Finance and her BS in Business Analytics and Information Technology with a Minor in Music from the Rutgers Business School. In her free time, she enjoys singing, playing instruments and playing pickleball.
