Sean Zentner

Sean Zentner joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services Team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process. 

Prior to joining Exbo Group, he worked as an Audit Associate at EY within the Commercial Audit practice. His work included year-end financial audit engagements with a focus on financial statement accuracy and effectiveness of financial reporting controls & processes at the entity level. He primarily worked on public clients in the Aerospace & Aviation industry with international operations. 

Sean received both his BS and MSA in Accounting from Indiana University - Bloomington. Sean is also a licensed CPA in the state of New York. Outside of work, his personal interests include spending time with friends and family, exercising, and playing/watching sports.
