Sarah Simon

Sarah joined Exbo Group in 2026 as a Senior Operations Associate. Prior to Exbo, she worked in healthcare education operations, managing complex processes across student services, partner relationships, and program administration.

She earned her Master of Public Health in Health Management & Policy and has a strong interest in operational strategy, process improvement, and organizational growth. Sarah enjoys solving problems, creating efficient workflows, and helping teams operate more effectively.

Outside of work, she enjoys strength training, Pilates, traveling, and discovering new restaurants throughout New York City.
