Rose Mackey

Rose joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is an Assistant Vice President on the Transaction Services team. In this role, she supports private equity and venture capital clients throughout the full lifecycle of the acquisition process. She also works closely with sellers to prepare for financial due diligence, ensuring comprehensive and efficient transaction execution.

Prior to joining Exbo, Rose spent over 8 years in EY’s Metro NY audit practice. There, she provided audit support across diverse industries, including airline, media and entertainment, consumer goods, manufacturing and construction. During this time, she managed integrated audits, advised clients on technical accounting issues and supported clients through the IPO process.

Rose holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College. Rose is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling to new destinations and spending time with friends and family.
