Ronan Marrinan

Ronan Marrinan joined Exbo Group in 2025 and is a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients throughout the full life cycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Exbo, Ronan worked as an Audit Associate at Deloitte, serving technology and consumer goods clients. He assisted in the execution of annual financial statement audits and quarterly reviews to ensure compliance with PCAOB/AICPA standards and conformance with U.S. GAAP. 

Ronan received his B.A. in Accounting from the College of the Holy Cross. He is also a licensed CPA in the state of New York. His personal interests include basketball, cooking, and reading.
