Romain Rambert

Romain Rambert joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Analyst within the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. He supports growth-stage companies across fintech, technology, and consumer sectors, working with leadership teams to strengthen their finance organizations through enhanced forecasting, budgeting, reporting, cash management, and KPI development. Romain partners closely with clients to deliver actionable insights and strategic support tailored to each company’s operational and financial needs.

Prior to Exbo, Romain served as a Financial Consultant at a boutique advisory firm in New York, where he worked with both French and American tech startups to build and mature their finance functions. His work included managing monthly close processes, supporting annual audits, and developing financial models and business plans for initiatives ranging from fundraising to cash management.

Romain earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from IE University in Spain and currently resides in New York. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, cycling, running, and skiing.
