Pole Lee

Pole Lee joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Analyst on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. He advises on strategic financial decisions, financial reporting, and cash management for various growth-stage clients and sectors.

Before joining Exbo Group, Pole worked in CFO and Controllership Advisory at FTI Consulting, a global expert firm focused on corporate finance and restructuring services. He worked closely with private-equity backed portfolio companies to standardize financial reporting, implement scalable accounting and FP&A processes, and support transaction and integration efforts.

Pole received his Master's and Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Emory University's Goizueta Business School. He is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. In his free time, he enjoys Muay Thai, running, and reading historical and science fiction.
