PJ Genta

PJ joined Exbo Group in 2026 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. He partners with startups and growth-stage companies to provide strategic financial support, with a focus on financial modeling, cash management, fundraising, and investor reporting. He works closely with founders and leadership teams to shape financial strategy as their businesses grow and evolve.  

Prior to joining Exbo, PJ was a Senior Consultant in the Office of the CFO Solutions practice at FTI Consulting, where he worked with CFOs, private equity sponsors, and executive stakeholders to improve forecasting, reporting, and finance operations. His experience included building integrated financial models and supporting finance teams through merger integrations and diligence efforts.

PJ holds a BS in Management from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management, concentrating in Finance and Information Systems, and graduated Cum Laude. Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, running, and following Boston sports.
