Pilar Ralph

Pilar joined Exbo Group in 2026 and serves as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. In her role, she partners with clients across various sectors, providing strategic financial support within forecasting and budgeting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, cash management, and other ad hoc initiatives.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Pilar spent four years at Brooklinen, a direct-to-consumer home goods company, where she helped build and scale the FP&A function to support the company’s continued growth. Prior to Brooklinen, she worked at TD Securities as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Energy Group, where she supported transaction execution and strategic advisory engagements.

Pilar holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Management from Tulane University. She enjoys creative outlets such as baking and fashion, and can often be found at her favorite yoga studio outside of work.
