Muskaan Agarwal

Muskaan joined Exbo Group in 2026 as a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services team. In her role, she contributes to buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the acquisition process, with a focus on financial due diligence engagements.

Prior to joining Exbo, Muskaan worked as an Associate 2 at PwC in the Financial Markets and Real Estate domain. Prior to this, she was a part of Morgan Stanley in the Fund Services. She began her professional journey as an Articled Assistant at Grant Thornton Bharat LLP, gaining foundational experience in auditing and taxation.

Muskaan holds a B.Com Honors degree from Shri Shikshayatan College, Kolkata. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), and has cleared CFA Level I from the CFA Institute. Outside of work, Muskaan is a trained classical dancer, enjoys sketching, exploring new cities and reading new material.
