Kiely Hartigan

Kiely Hartigan joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Associate on the Finance Transformation team. In this role, shesupports growth-stage businesses through finance system implementations, data migrations, and operational assessments, helping companies modernize their finance function to scale.

Prior to Exbo, Kiely was a Senior Consultant at EY where she supported large financial services institutions on data and reporting assessments focused on improving data quality, reporting accuracy, and control frameworks. She partnered with client stakeholders to identify current-state gaps and drive efficiency improvements.

Kiely holds an M.S. in Commerce with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, baking, tennis and skiing.
