Joe Graves

Joe joined Exbo Group as a Senior Associate III on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team, where he works with venture- and PE-backed companies to support financial modeling, board reporting, and finance process build-out to ensure fundraising readiness.
Before Exbo, he spent several years in strategic finance at a publicly traded fintech company, where he managed board reporting, built out FP&A processes, supported investor relations, and worked on public debt and secondary equity offerings. Earlier in his career, he worked in M&A with Deloitte, conducting financial due diligence on buy-side, sell-side, and divestiture transactions for private equity clients.
Based in New York City, Joe is a licensed CPA and holds a Master's degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University. He's passionate about personal finance, follows developments in fintech and AI closely, and enjoys traveling the world.
