Jackie Jing

Jackie joined Exbo Group in 2026 as an Executive Director on the Transaction Services team. She supports private equity and venture capital clients, as well as independent sponsors and entrepreneurs throughout the full lifecycle of the acquisition process. Jackie has experience across various verticals including consumer, retail, infrastructure, technology, chemicals, and waste.

Jacqueline brings a decade of M&A consulting and deal execution experience. Prior to Exbo, she worked on transactions and end-to-end deal execution at Warren Equity Partners. Before that, she worked at PwC as a Senior Manager in its Deals practice, advising private equity firms and corporate clients across retail, industrial products, technology, and hospitality transactions. She began her career in PwC's Audit practice.

Jacqueline received her Master of Accounting and BSM in Finance, cum laude, from Tulane University's A.B. Freeman School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the pottery studio, going on long runs and trying new recipes.
