Jack Siegel

Jack Siegel is a Vice President on Exbo Group's CFO and Controllership Advisory team, which he joined in 2021. Having led finance functions for more than 40 growth-stage companies, he supports clients across health tech, SaaS, services, and direct-to-consumer with fundraising, investor relations, KPI reporting, budgeting, and cash management. He has helped founders raise more than $200M.

Before joining Exbo Group, Jack was a consultant in Guidehouse's Financial Services practice. Earlier, he was a Real Estate Associate at Latch, where he led reporting initiatives as the company grew from Series B to public.

Jack holds a BS in Finance from Tulane University and lives in New York City. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, golf, cooking, and board games.
