Jack Siegel

Jack is an Assistant Vice President on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team who joined Exbo Group in 2021. In his role, he supports clients across health tech, SaaS, service, and direct-to-consumer sectors with fundraising, investor relations, KPI reporting, budgeting, and cash management. Jack has led the finance function for over 25 growth stage firms, and he has helped raise over $150M for founders.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Jack worked as a consultant at Guidehouse in the Financial Services department. Previously, he worked at Latch as a Real Estate Associate, where he led initiatives for tracking and reporting data while the company grew from Series B to public.

Jack holds a BS in Finance from Tulane University and currently resides in New York City. He enjoys tennis, golf, cooking, and board games.
