Hridesh Singhal

Hridesh joined Exbo Group in 2023 and is an analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full life cycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to Exbo, Hridesh worked as a Senior Consultant at Agarwal Ruchi & Associates where he led the audit and assurance department and also provided tax advisory services to large business groups. Before Agarwal Ruchi & Associates, Hridesh worked as an Audit Associate at SAV & Associates in the audit and assurance department.

Hridesh attended the University of Calcutta where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Outside of work, he is a foodie and enjoys traveling, playing games, and spending time with friends and family.
