Hridesh Singhal

Hridesh Singhal joined Exbo Group in 2023 and currently serves as a Senior Associate in the Transaction Services team. In this role, he supports private equity and venture capital clients throughout the acquisition lifecycle, with a strong focus on buy-side financial due diligence. He has been instrumental in driving several multi-entity, high-impact transactions, including notable deals involving GroundWidgets, The Little Gyms, and more.

Prior to joining Exbo, Hridesh worked as a Senior Consultant at Agarwal Ruchi & Associates, where he led the Audit and Assurance department and provided tax advisory services to large business groups. He began his career at SAV & Associates as an Audit Associate, building a strong foundation in financial reporting, audits, and compliance. These experiences have shaped his holistic approach to solving problems and advising clients across industries.

Hridesh is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. Beyond work, he is an avid foodie and traveler, and loves engaging in games and meaningful time with family and friends. His curiosity, attention to detail, and passion for continuous learning define both his professional and personal journey.
