Hector Leal

Hector joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Hector worked across the Strategy Consulting and M&A Transaction Services teams at DPO&Co, focusing on commercial and financial due diligence for lower middle market PE firms and independent sponsors. Outside of client engagements, Hector managed deal intake and buy-side diligence work streams for DPO&Co private investments, primarily within trades businesses.

Hector received his BA in Mathematics from Northwestern University. In his free time, Hector enjoys playing soccer, training Muay Thai, and learning languages.
