Emily Haynes

Emily joined Exbo Group in early 2025 as an Assistant Vice President on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. In her role, she works closely with venture and PE-backed companies across SaaS, HealthTech, E-Comm, and other consumer sectors to support capital restructuring, financial modeling, board reporting, and capital raise readiness.

Prior to Exbo, Emily was Director of Financial Analytics at a publicly traded triple-net REIT, where she led board and investor reporting, corporate financial modeling, and supported capital markets initiatives. She has built and managed financial models for over $2bn in transactions in her career, specializing in providing financing options to middle-market service-based companies.

Emily holds a BS in Finance with a minor in Economics from Kansas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys reformer pilates, walking her dog, Mochi, and listening to podcasts. She currently resides in New York City.
