Desteny Borrayes Escobar

Desteny Borrayes Escobar joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Analyst on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. In this role, she supports growth-stage clients across multiple sectors, providing strategic insights on working capital management, forecasting and budgeting, fundraising diligence, board reporting, and other ad hoc analyses.

Prior to joining Exbo, Desteny was a financial analyst at the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and Goldman Sachs. At NJEDA, she supported high impact economic development programs by building financial models to evaluate program performance and forecast funding needs. At Goldman Sachs, she worked in the Asset & Wealth Management division, contributing to client investment portfolio analysis and reporting in a fast-paced, client focused environment.

Desteny graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a BS in Finance. In her free time, she enjoys reading, baking, and trying new restaurants.
