Debashish Dey

Debashish Dey joined Exbo Group as an Administrator on the Operations team. In his role, Debashish is responsible for operations reporting, process optimization, and supporting key management directives across the organization. 

Prior to Exbo, Debashish served as a Distribution Head of a company in the Indian Film Distribution and Exhibition industry. Here he gained specialized expertise in overseeing end-to-end operations including planning, coordination, and execution of distribution and exhibition strategies. In addition to his core operational experience, Debashish also managed the HR function, demonstrating strong leadership and an exceptional ability in people management and team development. 

Debashish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta. Outside of work, he enjoys staying informed on global affairs, driving, and exploring movies and music.
