Ayushi Kumari

Ayushi Kumari joined Exbo Group in May 2026 and serves as a Senior Associate on the Transaction Services team. In this role, she contributes to financial due diligence engagements, supporting buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Exbo, Ayushi spent 4.5 years at PwC AC Kolkata in the Financial Due Diligence practice, where she supported US-based clients across a range of transaction advisory engagements. This experience gave her a strong foundation in evaluating financial performance, identifying risks, and delivering insights that inform investment decisions.

Ayushi holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calcutta and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from IMI Kolkata. She is also a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA), certified by the Montana State Board of Accountancy. Outside of work, Ayushi enjoys envisioning, listening to music, and tending to her garden.
