Ashutosh Kumar

Ashutosh joined Exbo Group in 2022 and currently serves as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. In this role, he collaborates closely with venture-backed clients, overseeing full-cycle accounting responsibilities. Additionally, he contributes expertise to financial reporting initiatives, facilitates operational transformations, and provides guidance through training sessions for new team members.

Before joining Exbo, Ashutosh served as an Assistant Manager at Genpact India Pvt. Ltd., where he specialized in Reconciliation, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Sourcing, Vendor Management, and administrative tasks. His responsibilities included preparing weekly and monthly reports for clients, SDC presentation reports, and managing team incentives.

Ashutosh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta and is certified in IFRS, Lean, Greenbelt, and TAPN. Outside of his professional pursuits, he stays active with sports and fitness, enjoys exploring new destinations, and cherishes moments with loved ones.
