Ari Kulka

Ari Kulka joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is a Senior Analyst on the Transaction Services team. He supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients through the full lifecycle of the acquisition process.

Prior to joining Exbo Group, Ari worked as an Audit Associate at PwC in the Banking and Capital Markets practice. His work included year-end financial audit engagements with a focus on valuation, models, and cash. His client base consisted of a large global financial institution, including its broker-dealer operations.

Ari received his B.S. in Accounting and M.S. in Information Systems and Operations Management from the University of Florida. Ari is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with the NYSED. His personal interests include music, golf, working out, and Philadelphia sports.
