Anurag Tiwari

Anurag Tiwari joined Exbo Group in 2022 and is an Assistant Vice President on the Transaction Services team, where he supports buy-side private equity and venture capital clients across the full lifecycle of the acquisition process. He also assists sell-side clients with financial due diligence. 

Since joining Exbo, Anurag has worked on over 70 deals across a wide range of sectors, including SaaS, logistics, professional services, and financial services. His work includes key engagements like Fullsteam’s acquisition of Upper Quadrant, among others. In addition to his core deal responsibilities, Anurag leads the Transaction Services team in India and serves as a Director of Exbo Group’s Indian entity.

Prior to Exbo, Anurag worked as a Senior Associate at PwC IAC, where he was a core member of the Center of Excellence, specializing in investment price testing, match testing, fund-of-funds audits, and derivative testing. He began his career at EY, where he worked as an Analyst on corporate tax compliance for entities in France and Sweden. 

Anurag holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Calcutta and an MBA in Finance from ISBM University. Outside of work, he is a trained classical singer, enjoys long-distance motorbike rides, and cherishes time spent with friends and family.
