Amit Jana

Amit joined Exbo Group in 2021 and is responsible for supporting ongoing financial reporting and accounting operations for various growth stage clients. He executes month-end close procedures and contributes to process improvements to streamline business operations. Amit also helps the  Accounting Transformation & Remediation function team–his primary focus is assisting clients in the software and EdTech industries with their historical accounting. Additionally, he advises his clients how to best streamline their financial business processes, creating solutions to put them in an ideal position to scale and grow seamlessly.

Prior to joining Exbo, Amit worked as a Senior Associate 2 at PwC IAC where he helped in the audit procedure of investment in terms of valuation as well as the existence of securities for asset management clients. He also managed the team and trained new team members.

Amit attended Vidyasagar University for his undergraduate degree and received a Master of Business Administration in Finance. In his free time, Amit loves to travel, try new food, and learn new musical instruments.
