Alya Lamba

Alya Lamba joined Exbo Group in 2026 and is an Assistant Vice President on the Transaction Services team. She supports clients across the full acquisition life cycle, including advising private equity firms and venture capital investors on buy-side transactions. 

Prior to joining Exbo, Alya worked as an Audit Manager at EY, serving technology, infrastructure, and retail clients. She managed the execution of annual financial statements and ICFR audits, as well as quarterly reviews, to ensure compliance with PCAOB/AICPA standards and conformance with U.S. GAAP.

Alya received her B.S. in Business Administration and B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a licensed CPA in the state of New York. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking and watching horror movies.
