Allie McWhorter

Allie McWhorter joined Exbo Group in 2021 where she currently oversees the ongoing accounting, financial transformation and remediation functions. She has fully supported several audits, the diligence and acquisitions of several post-Series A clients, as well as the set up of scalable operations for many clients. Those operations included new payroll systems, billing and invoicing software, and migrations to new accounting software. 

Prior to Exbo, she served over 4 years with Habitat for Humanity International, setting up their New Market Tax Credit Program ($110M in grants applied for and distributed) and leading their annual audit. In addition, she supported the finance and accounting functions for the Microbuild Company, which contained over $200M of EU grants. Before Habitat, she worked several years as both a tax preparer and auditor for government and private sector companies. 

Allie obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of North Georgia, and is a licensed CPA. Her hobbies include photography, loving on her two pups, and exploring any new place she can.
