Ajay Joshi

Ajay joined Exbo Group in 2025 as a Senior Associate on the CFO and Controllership Advisory team. He works to support accounting operations and financial reporting for various growth-stage clients.

Prior to Exbo, Ajay worked as a Manager in Accounts & Finance for Droit Steel Buildings Pvt Ltd, where he was involved in the finalization of annual financials, tax compliances, and financial planning. Prior to this, he worked at SRBC & Co LLP (EY India Affiliate firm) as an Audit Executive, in which he conducted limited review assignments of listed entities in India.

Ajay holds a B. Com degree from the University of Calcutta and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Outside of work, he enjoys reading newspapers and books and watching movies.
