Adithya Simha

Adithya joined Exbo Group in 2025 to lead the Finance Transformation team and drive strategic initiatives that enhance financial performance, scalability, and operational excellence. He brings over a decade of experience advising C-suite executives on complex, enterprise-wide transformations within the CFO function, including system modernization, M&A integration, and finance operating model redesign.

Prior to joining Exbo, Adithya was a Senior Manager at EY, where he led finance transformation initiatives for multinational clients in the financial services sector.

Adithya has an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in Economics from William & Mary.
