Pathlight Learning, a leading franchisee of Primrose Schools® and a portfolio company of Taurus Capital Partners, announced the acquisition of four Primrose schools in Omaha, Nebraska. Pathlight also signed an 11-school development agreement with Primrose that extends the platform into Kentucky and Ohio, putting it on a path to 18 schools across six markets. The acquisition brings Pathlight to seven schools across Oklahoma City, Nashville and Omaha, serving more than 1,000 children, and marks its second transaction since Taurus' initial investment in August 2025.

Exbo Group provided financial due diligence and tax due diligence support on behalf of Taurus Capital Partners for the transaction. Exbo also provides Pathlight with ongoing accounting and financial operations consulting.
