Maridea Wealth Management announced its acquisition of Park Ridge Financial, Inc., a Chicago-based advisory firm built by founder Rick Pucci over more than 17 years around full-service, personalized financial planning. The deal deepens Maridea's presence in Chicago, where the firm established a foothold in September 2025.

Exbo Group provided financial due diligence on the transaction, supporting Maridea's evaluation of Park Ridge Financial ahead of close.
